Please find below a range of useful downloadable tools to help you plan for your child or someone on the autism spectrum that you may support. We will be expanding our range of tools over time including Microsoft Excel based dashboards for ease of use.
A key focus of Positive Behaviour Support is the value placed on a person’s quality of life. This young person focused tool helps parents and caregivers measure a young person’s quality of life – any shortfalls can be worked upon and any sudden decreases in quality of life can be addressed immediately.
Any person who can reasonably be predicted to be at risk of being exposed to restrictive interventions must have an individualised Positive Behaviour Support Plan. This audit tool guides you as to whether or not a PBS plan has all the key components. (There is also an ‘easy version’ of this form….see below)
