About ProACT Support Services
At ProACT we understand that working with and caring for people with ASC can sometimes feel like being lost in a maze of technical terms, complex theories and unsurmountable challenges. Faced with a range of “cure alls” and therapies, individuals often feel overwhelmed when seeking support or when dealing with a problematic or unpredictable behaviour. Answers appear to vary and advice is often changing. Knowing where to look for solutions is of paramount importance.
Using current research and by drawing on years of practical experience, ProACT consultancy and support services can offer advice and support to those with an autism diagnosis as well as parents, families, teachers, carers and other professionals who are involved with people with ASC.
ProACT can provide person-centred consultancy and support services for your family or your organisation which may include behavioural assessments, writing proactive support plans or person specific training. If you are an individual on the autism spectrum or family member of someone who is and you would like to access ProACT’s services you can do this by contacting us direct or by accessing one of the free support sessions hosted by Autism Inclusive in Crewe. ProACT and Autism Inclusive have recently launched The BULB Project to offer specific guidance and support for those people who are facing significant barriers to education.
